 Wholesale - Shipping, Prices and Returns Minimize  

Shipping is Always FREE on Coffee and Products:

Free GROUND shipping is always included in all coffee orders totaling over $450.00/order; including smallwares, syrups, sauces, paper products, cups, replenishment items and items listed on the online store (unless otherwise noted with a handling fee).

Shipping Large Equipment:

We do not provide free shipping on large item equipment. This includes (but not limited to); espresso machines, brewers, air pots, shuttles, any equipment requiring 220V, refrigeration, cooking equipment, registers and commercial grinders. You may order these items online - you will notice a handling fee included to cover the cost of shipping ground to any location in the United States. Thank you.

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped the first business day after your order is placed. The orders will be shipped via UPS.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders may be picked up at our warehouse Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Standard.

Returns:

Returns of unused, unopened, non-fresh, products within 30 days are accepted after approval by phone or email. Return freight is paid by the customer.

Upon receipt of the unused product, we will issue a credit to the credit card or terms account you used to pay for your order.
